ITA: birra rossa in stile imperial irish red (una irish red ale portata all'estremo usando una valanga di malti e luppoli americani, anche in dry-hop).

Di corpo medio, note di frutta tropicale, resine e pompelmo date dai luppoli, e sentori di caramello leggero, frutta rossa e cereale date dai malti. Chiude secca e mediamente amara.

Consigliatissima a chi ama IPA e strong ales. Da abbinare a formaggi di media stagionatura, zuppe di cereali e perché no, un bel prosciutto crudo. O come aperitivo.
