Description: Imperial stout aged in old Sherry barrels in which we add Rum oak cubes, smoked danish salt, oak smoked paprika and shitake mushrooms.
Notes: Smoked notes, salty tones, dark chocolate, caramel, red and dark fruits, dried fruits, fruity notes from the Sherry, toasted oak with tones of vanilla and dark fruits from the Rum oak, spiciness from the paprika, earthy spicy tones from the mushrooms, moka coffee, soya sauce...open the mind and enjoy!
