ITA: birra color tonaca di frate (bruna) in stile quadrupel. Complessa, morbida e corposa. Note di toffee, cioccolato al latte, caramello, frutta scura, frutta secca, caramella mou. Chiude bilanciata garantendo una beva pericolosa.
Ottima con carni stufate e pasticceria secca.
(La versione Grand Cru, brassata per il 10 anniversario dalla creazione della ricetta, si distingue per una complessità ancor maggiore, con note profonde di cioccolato e toffee)
