ITA: birra bionda in stile saison (pacific saison per via dei luppoli usati). Di facile beva e fresca ma al contempo rotonda, dalle note di frutti esotici per via dei luppoli usati, e note di frutta a pasta gialla (pesca, albicocca) e agrume. Chiude secca e leggermente amara.
Ottima con pesce (anche in umido), ragù biancbi e formaggi di media stagionatura.
