ITA: birra dal color ambrato-bruno che combina gli stili double-IPA e brown ale in un vortice di aromi resinosi, agrumati e di frutta esotica, e sentori di cacao in polvere, tabacco, caramello e zucchero di canna. Chiude secca ed amara, con un lungo retrogusto.
Consigliatissima a chi ama IPA e strong ales. Da abbinare a formaggi di media stagionatura, tex-mex, carni alla brace o affumicate.

Description:
imperial india brown ale with an incredible amount of US hops (even in dry hop). A mix of the styles double/imperial IPA and brown ale. Notes of resinous hops, grapefruit and exotic aromas explode on a malty character that includes hints of cacao powder and tobacco, aswell with caramel. It ends dry and bitter with a long aftertaste.
Colour: deep amber to brown
Food Pairing:
tex mex, smoked and grilled meat, herbal cheeses
Perfect service temperature: 8-10 C
