ITA: birra bionda in stile saison (dry hopped con Saaz). Di facile beva e fresca ma al contempo rotonda come nel nostro stile, dalle note floreali ed erbacee leggere, con sentori agrumati e dri frutta a pasta gialla. Chiude secca e leggermente amara. E' l'evoluzione della nostra acclamata "Saisonette" uscita solo in fusti.
Ottima con pesce (anche per sgrassare una frittura), pollo/coniglio e formaggi a pasta molle

Description: Our new saison is so refreshing but rounded at the same time, as all our beers. With nice flowery and herbal tones, and soft notes of citrus and yellow fruits. Ends slightly dry and bitter. (it's the evolution of our acclaimed Saisonette released only in kegs)
