75cl / 750ml (2025 batch)
ITA: Una dedica per questi dieci anni di sacrifici, sudore e grandi creazioni da parte del nostro Mastrobirraio. Birra che si presenta di color dorato opalescente ed intenso e dalla schiuma bianca compatta e persistente. Sin dal naso sprigiona un'esplosione maltata di frutta a pasta gialla, alberi in piena fioritura, marmellata di agrume e ricordi eterei di campo in fiore. In bocca è di medio corpo ma piena e morbida, e ci riporta dritti ai campi fioriti, con anche note di frutta a pasta gialla, sentori di luppoli nobili, agrume ed un finale leggermente secco che ci ispira un altro sorso. Una tripel da sorseggiare sin dall'aperitivo, che può accompagnare grandi piatti di pesce, come anche primi piatti con carni bianche e secondi di terra, ma che non teme la meditazione del dopocena.
