ITA: La sorella maggiore e piu' intransigente della Robertus Tripel, con un corpio piu' definito e setoso, schiuma comunque pannosa e persistente, note maltate avvolgenti che riportano alla frutta a pasta gialla matura, alla marmellata di agrume, gli esteri, alla frutta candita, al marzapane ed allo zucchero candito. Un grande lavoro in fermentazione per una classe degna di nota. Chiude secca, una sorta di sigillo per una beva sempre ben bilanciata.
Abbinamenti con formaggi stagionati, ragu' bianchi e del pesce al forno.
