ITA: Imperial stout affinata in botti di Sherry con aggiunta di pasta di fichi siciliani, per una birra dal color nero impenetrabile, schiuma marrone, note di cioccolato fondente, sottobosco e bacche, resine e frutta tropicale, segale, caffè espresso ed in chicco, caramello, frutta candita e salsa teryiaki. Finale lunghissimo su note tostate rotonde, di rara persistenza.
