ITA: Ideata sulla base della nostra Zwart Bloed (imperial black IPA), un'altra imperial black IPA stavolta passata in casks di Whisky giapponese e di Rum giamaicano, e riluppolata burrascosamente con Citra, Summit e Simcoe per donarle un carattere esplosivo di frutta tropicale e agrume che va a sposarsi perfettamente con le note torrefatte date dai malti tostati e la venatura intransigente delle botti usate. Il corpo pieno e morbido, lo sfrontato aroma luppolato e la secchezza finale, vanno a chiudere il cerchio, per una black IPA di rara complessita', ma al contempo pericolosa, che rimanda alle scorribande nei mari dei Caraibi, con le sue note tropicali e la profonda oscurita'.
Consigliata come ninna nanna, ma anche con carni affumicate e alla brace, con gorgonzola e blue cheese, o pesce affumicato
