ITA: birra bruna in stile belgian dark strong ale dai riflessi color rosso rubino, schiuma bianca densa, abv 19.9%. Corpo pienissimo. Note complesse ed avvolgenti di caramello, frutti scuri, frutta secca e passita, frutta sotto spirito, zucchero candito, cioccolato ed una leggera nota di spezia data dai luppoli nobili usati. Retrogusto lungo e persistente.
Ottima con pasticceria secca e carni in umido.
