ITA: Una imperial stout alla segale con una luppolatura americana sfrontata, passata in botti di Whisky single malt usate precedentemente per contenere uno dei piu' rinomati Armagnac. Il corpo pieno dal color nero impenetrabile ci accompagna verso note olfattive di cioccolato fondente, caffe' espresso ed in chicco, legno di rovere con sentori fruttati e di vaniglia, frutta di bosco e nocciole tostate, zucchero di canna ed una pronunciata vena tostata nel finale, con un retrogusto lungo su note torrefatte.
Consigliata con pasticceria a base di cioccolato, carni alla brace e blue cheese.
