Un connubio incredibile tra la sfrontatezza dei luppoli (Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe e Summit) che le donano note agrumate, di frutta esotica e di resine, i malti caramello usati e queste magnifiche botti più uniche che rare che fanno esplodere i sentori di frutta e floreali. Una complessità che comunque non compromette la beva. Chiude secca ed amara.
