ITA: birra dal color biondo/arancio in stile saison/farmhouse ale, con aggiunta di polpa di tamarindo (frutto tropicale) ed imbottigliata con brettanomiceti (lieviti selvaggi). Leggera e fresca, presenta note di frutta tropicale, tamarindo, citriche, passion fruit e leggermente funky. Chiude leggermente secca anche per via dell'onesta luppolatura.

Ottima con verdure stufate, insalate estive fresche e pesce, o per aperitivo.

(Consigliamo di lasciare i sedimenti di lievito nella bottiglia, essendo inoculato durante l'imbottigliamento)
