ITA: birra natalizia in stile belgian specialty strong ale, con aggiunta di buccia d'arancia candita e coriandolo, doppia fermentazione con lievito Champagne. Note di marmellata, frutta a pasta gialla matura, campo in fiore, frutta esotica, arancia candita, mandorla, marzapane e leggere note speziate calde date dalla fermentazione.
Ottima con un bel panettone, ma anche con pesce stufato e ragu' bianchi, e con volatili.
