ITA: Una imperial porter sulla base della nostra Insomnia, passata in botti di US Apple Brandy (il Calvados statunitense, un brandy di succo di mela) che le ha donato un'incredibile morbidezza e note pazzesche di frutta a pasta gialla, caramella mou e marmellata, accentuandone anche i sentori tostati ed esaltandone le note di cioccolato, caffe' espresso, cacao, caramello e di frutti scuri, oltre che i sentori tropicali e resinosi dati dalla luppolatura in stile americano. Una birra di gran classe, nera come le lunghe notti solitarie.
Consigliata con pasticceria a base di cioccolato.
