ITA: birra nera in stile imperial stout (con lievito Trappista). Complessa, morbida e corposa, tra note di cioccolato, caffè espresso, frutti di bosco, frutta secca, liquirizia grezza e caramello. Chiude su note tostate e leggermente dolciastre.
Ottima con carni alla brace, crostacei e pasticceria secca al cioccolato.
