ITA: birra bionda in stile double wheat IPA (IPA di frumento) in cui usiamo valanghe di Centennial, Columbus e Cascade, e due tipologie di frumento che le conferiscono le tipiche note agrumate fresche ma anche un leggerissimo sentore biscottato nel finale che la rende piuttosto "masticabile" al palato, morbida e beverina, con una sfrontata venatura tropicale sin dall'aroma. Chiude secca con un bel retrogusto amarotico e fruttato.

Ottima come aperitivo, ma anche con formaggi a pasta molle o media stagionatura, ma da provare con del sushi.

Description: A classic since 2013, brewed discontinously. Blond soft IPA, super-hoppy and with 2 kinds of wheat malts.
Notes: tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruit, with a touch of "biscuit" in the end and a long dry bitter fruity finish.

Colour: blond
Food Pairing: aperitif, short-medium seasoned cheeses, sushi.
Perfect service temperature: 5-9 C
BEST BEFORE: 01/04/23 (still very tasty)
