Quadrupel (belgian strong dark ale) maturata 18 mesi in barriques di vino biodinamico Bourgogne Rouge (Domain Alice Beaufort) con prugnolo.. Bellissime note di caramello, con acidità media che accompagna tutta la beva e ricorda una oud-bruin ma dal grande corpo. Complessità che piano piano sfoggia note di frutta scura, frutta secca, toffee, legno di rovere, sentori vinosi e tannici, e la spiccata acidità del prugnolo. Chiude secca, ma con retrogusto di estrema eleganza.

Description: Sour quadrupel that could be described as a strong oud-bruin. It's aged 18 months in super fresh Burgundy barrels with sloe fruits and wild yeasts/bacterias.
Notes: caramel, dark and dried fruits, wine-tannins and notes, sloe, good acidity, oak, winey note that reminds to "oud-bruin", slightly acetic hint, brettanomyces
