ITA: birra dal color ambrato carico in stile rye-barleywine (barleywine di segale), con una onesta luppolatura di Chinook e Cascade per un mix perfetto di note di caramello, frutti esotici, toffee, zucchero di canna, frutta primaverile matura, frutta a pasta gialla, frutta secca e marmellata, bilanciata millimetricamente fino al finale lungo e persistente.
Ottima con formaggi di lunga e media stagionatura.
